How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
We typically set our delivery schedule 3 days before drop off, especially for the weekend. However, we try to be as flexible as possible, so contact us any time and we will do our best to accommodate you. We often can!
For large orders, and/or for any tented order, we recommend reserving your items as soon as you are committed to your event date. Stock is limited. 
Do you require a deposit?

For most orders, and any orders with large equipment, we typically require a 30% deposit. If your order is last minute (placed the same-week as your event) we will take full-payment at the time of the rental. 

For single item and/or smaller orders (<$150) we often do not require a deposit unless you are reserving well in advance of your event date. 

If we deem it necessary, at any other time, we reserve the right to require a deposit.
When is payment due?

Payment is required before or at delivery. For some orders that involve items prone to exceptional cleaning (such as large inflatables, and washroom trailers), we postpone processing your payment until it is returned. We may apply an additional cleaning fee if the item is returned in poor condition. Use of credit card is necessary for such orders.


We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We can also accept payments through our website, or by e-transfer to “”. 

Can I keep rental items overnight?
Our standard rental period is 3-days (72 hours from time of pickup/delivery). For some select items, we have additional rental periods that we offer. Depending on the rental period you choose, the equipment may/may not be able to be kept overnight. 
Sometimes, for our schedule, we will require the equipment to be delivered the night before or picked up the next morning. In such case, no additional fee will be required.
What if there is inclement weather on my rental day?
We understand that weather plays a big part on your plans for outdoor events. We monitor weather closely throughout our season and will contact you if we will not be delivering your rental equipment. We will try to reschedule for a more convenient time or we will refund your payment. If you elect to cancel the event, please contact us regarding the deposit.
Occasionally, we must pick up rental equipment earlier than expected due to impending storms. We will work with you to try and provide as much rental time as possible.

How many kids can jump on inflatables at one time?
This will depend on the inflatable unit you have chosen. Typically 4-5 children can enjoy bouncing at one time. However, weight does play a factor. Larger kids should not jump with smaller kids to avoid injury.
When we transfer the unit into your possession, we provide a form and require a signature stating you understand the rules and terms of rental specific to the unit you choose.
