This month we are featuring one of the most popular caterers around! We’ve worked with Connie and her team at Country Hills Catering on a lot of events and I can tell you personally that the food is always delicious, always ready on time, and her staff are wonderful.
Here’s what Connie had to say about her business.
>Tell us about your business and what you provide for an event.
I have 30 years of catering experience. 20 of those years as my own business. I love to cook and always strive to customize a meal to remember. I’m always very honored to be apart of someone’s special day.
>Why do you love what you do?
My mom was an amazing cook and baker. We always had extra people at our table. For her, food was how she loved people. For me it is the same. I help couples show love to their family and friends through the meal and service I provide for their wedding.
>What’s the benefit of having someone like you involved in an event?
I like to meet with the couple and find out some background to partner a meal that truly reflects who they are.
>What makes you different from other caterers?
I truly customize each event to meet the personality of the couple.
>What is included in your typical package?
My meals usually consist of:
- 2 meat choices
- Potato/gravy
- Hot vegetables
- 4 salads/ buns
- Dessert
Again I can grant almost any request. I’ve done anything from appetizers, build your own burger bar, taco bar, to adding a family recipe to add a special memory to the day.
>What’s the typical price range for your packages?
A full meal ranges from $17-$22 per person. Each meal is custom priced based on the final choices.
>How far in advance should people book your services?
Weddings are being booked so far ahead now. The sooner the better to get your date.
